Due To Pool Lighting Issues, We Must Suspend Our After-Hours Party Options Until Further Notice.

Private events are a special time to get together with friends and family. It would be our pleasure to offer our facility as the venue for your event. 

  All events will be held during regular business hours and include a discounted entry fee for each guest, up to the number allotted in the selected package. You and your guests will also enjoy exclusive use of our large gazebo and four picnic tables. 

We require a 20% deposit (non-refundable) at booking. This will guarantee your date and time. Final payment is due NLT date and time of event. (event will not proceed unless paid in full)

  All packages include an allotted number of guests. Each guest must sign in upon arrival. Any guests exceeding the number included in the selected package will be charged an entry fee of $6 per person ($5 for children's parties).* 

Example:

Our 21 to 40 guest  package covers the admission for 21 to 40 guests. Guests numbered 41, 42, and beyond will each be charged a $6 entry fee.  

 Each package includes the option to extend your event by 30 minutes (up to a maximum of 1 hour) for an additional fee, provided there is no event scheduled immediately after yours or your event ends at close of business.
Each 30-minute extension costs $30 and should be requested as early as possible. Payment must be made no later than the date and time of the event.
We do accept last-minute extension requests if time permits after your scheduled event. 

 The event host is required to sign an online contract, available in PDF format just below the 'Send' button on the reservation page. Once completed, please email the signed contract to poolparkplaza@gmail.com  

 If another event is scheduled after yours, you and your guests will be required to vacate the gazebo promptly. However, you are welcome to remain and continue enjoying the pool until closing time.
If no event is scheduled after yours, you may continue using the gazebo; however, please note that it will be open for use by other pool guests. 

 Children’s Birthdays: All child guests must be signed in upon arrival by an accompanying adult. Adults who choose to stay but do not plan to swim will not count toward the allotted number of guests and must obtain a non-swimmer bracelet. Any adult who wishes to swim will be required to pay a $6 entry fee before entering the pool.
