PARTIES and GATHERINGS

• Private events are a special time to get together with friends and family. It would be our pleasure to offer our facility as the venue for your event. We offer daytime (during regular business hours), and exclusive (after business hours) packages to suit your needs. 

We require a 20% deposit (non-refundable) at booking. This will guarantee your date and time. Final payment is due NLT date and time of event. (event will not proceed unless paid in full)

All packages come with an allotted number of guests and each guest must sign in at the time of arrival. Every guest over the number allotted for each package will be charged $6 to enter.*

Example:

  The price for a Daytime Party Lrg Gazebo covers 21-40 guests. Guest number 41, 42, etc. will each be charged a $6 entry fee. 

Select packages have the option to extend 30 mins (up to 1 hour)** for an additional charge. Each 30 min. extension will cost $30 and must be requested and paid for NLT the date and time of the event.

The event host is required to sign an online contract. This is in PDF form. Once completed please email to poolparkplaza@gmail.com 

Every evening and after-hours event is required to exit the facility no later than 10 mins. after the scheduled end time. An additional fee of $25.00 will be assessed for unnecessary delays.

Children’s Birthdays: All child guests will be required to sign in at time of arrival by an accompanying adult. Adults wishing to stay with their child will not count towards the alloted number of guests and must obtain a non-swimmer braclet indicating that they are not planning to swim. If any adult wishes to swim, they will be required to pay a $6 entry fee prior to swimming.
